How To Create Land Of The Free Wall Art

The Land of the Free, because of the Brave! Now more than ever, the words are appropriate - not just for Memorial Day, but for every day. There is so much going on in the world and our armed forces are out there protecting us.

Create your patriotic wall art and display it proudly.

Supplies:
Unfinished 12"x12" Unfinished Wood Box
MDF Wood Star, 8" Large
Stars and Blue Scrapbook Paper
Land of the Free Vinyl
DecoArt Vintage Effects Wash, Berry Red
DecoArt Vintage Effects Wash, White
Unfinished Wood Frame, 4"x4"
Mod Podge
E6000

Instructions:
Brush the 12x12" wood box with the red wash stain, then wipe off excess to give your desired color.
Next paint the star and small frame with the white stain.
While that is drying, cut the blue star scrapbook paper to fit the inside dimensions of the box.
Glue the paper to the box using Mod Podge.
Apply vinyl to the star by burnishing firmly and peeling the backing away.
Glue the star to the top of the red box with E6000.
Add a photo to the frame and either glue it in the box or attach with velcro for easy removal.
